Leslie Sack

In her role as Head of Government Relations, Leslie Sack is responsible for directing the Structured Finance Association’s government affairs strategy and advocacy outreach to legislative, executive, and regulatory policymakers. She also manages the Structured Finance Coalition and Structured Finance Political Action Committee, leading long-term strategy development for increased growth and activity and maximizing how they support SFA’s policy priorities. Leslie also serves as Executive Director of the Structured Finance Foundation.
Prior to joining the Structured Finance Association, Leslie worked as Director of Government Relations for Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. from 2012-2017. In this role she developed and executed corporate advocacy strategies to ensure policies were created to support energy technologies in the U.S. and foreign markets. She also worked to establish strong bipartisan relationships with federal officials and managed B&W’s Political Action Committee. Leslie previously worked as a Government Affairs Analyst at K&L Gates, a politically appointed Senior Advisor for Policy and Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy, and served as an Assistant Staff Secretary in The White House and a Policy Assistant for the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the Executive Office of the President.

Isaac Boltansky is a Managing Director and Director of Policy Research at BTIG. In this role he is responsible for coordinating the firm’s Washington policy analysis and forecasting how potential policy shifts could impact investors, corporations, and other market participants. He focuses particularly on financial services, housing policy, digital assets, cannabis policy, tax legislation, and Congress. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Boltansky was the Director of Policy Research at Compass Point Research and Trading. He also served as a Research Analyst on the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Congressional Oversight Panel and as a Research Analyst at EJF Capital.
Jaret Seiberg
Managing Director
TD Cowen Washington Research Group
Jaret Seiberg is the financial services and housing policy analyst for TD Cowen Washington Research Group, which was recently named #1 in the Institutional Investor Washington Strategy category. The team has been consistently ranked among the top macro policy teams for the past decade. Before joining TD Cowen in August 2016, he served in similar roles at Guggenheim Securities, MF Global, Concept Capital and Stanford Financial Group. He began following financial policy in the early 1990s as a journalist covering efforts in Congress to complete the last of the laws from the savings and loan crisis. He tracked the merger wave of the 1990s and Glass-Steagall repeal in 1999 as the deputy Washington bureau chief for American Banker and as the Washington bureau chief for The Daily Deal. His bailiwick at TD Cowen includes issues related to commercial banks, housing, payments, investment banking, M&A, taxes, the CFPB, crypto currency, cannabis and Capitol Hill.
Mr. Seiberg has a BA from The American University and an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park. He speaks regularly at industry events, is often quoted in the media, and appears on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
