The Credit Ratings Subcommittee of the Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee (FIMSAC) has released a preliminary recommendation regarding ways to mitigate conflicts of interest in credit ratings. The preliminary recommendation appears on the agenda for the upcoming FIMSAC meeting on Monday, June 1st. This item will be discussed at 1:15pm ET during the public webcast.
