On November 15, 2018, the United Kingdom Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) published a policy statement outlining expectations regarding risk transfer securitization and the coming EU Securitization Regulation. The policy statement is broken into three supervisory statements: (1) Securitization: Significant Risk Transfer; (2) Securitization: General requirements and capital framework; and (3) The Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process and the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process.
