The SFA Data Tape Task Force aims to standardize the reporting of material information in relation to Private-Label Securities RMBS transactions. The Task Force will publish a new, updated tape while incorporating other existing industry disclosure standards. SFA’s work product draws on the collaboration of industry participants ranging from issuers, investors, rating agencies, and data analytic firms to create uniformity in the data points currently relevant to privately securitized mortgages.
