The white paper outlined the life of a typical CRT transaction, while providing several options for pool-level or portfolio CRT: Cash Securitization, Corporate Debt (Credit Linked Notes), Synthetic Trust Structures, and Bilateral Credit Protection (Eligible Guarantors).
