U.S. FHFA Releases New HPI Showing 0.6% Rise

On January 27, the U.S. Federal Housing Agency (FHFA) released their monthly House Price Index (HPI) for November 2025. The report details a 0.6 percent increase in U.S. house prices from the prior month, and a 1.9 percent increase from November 2024 to November 2025. The next report will be released on February 24, 2026, to include monthly data through December and quarterly data through the fourth quarter of 2025.
