Tricolor Underwriting in Question

Following the bankruptcy of Tricolor Holdings, rating agencies are closely watching the cash flow to bondholders, while investors are more concerned about how loose underwriting practices may impact outstanding securitizations. Tricolor Asset Securitization Trust has a new servicer, and with used car prices currently stable, it expects recoveries to be on par with industry norms.
