In February 2022, FHFA published a 5-year strategic plan covering the Agency’s goals and priorities for 2023-2027 and solicited industry feedback on the plan. SFA’s response focuses on the need for private capital in our nation’s housing finance system so that the GSEs can better focus on their core mandate.
