Economic Outlook 

Tiffany Wilding
Managing Director and Economist
PIMCO

Ms. Wilding is a managing director and economist based in the Newport Beach office. She leads PIMCO’s Cyclical Forum, crafts the firm’s outlook for the global economy, and analyzes key macro risks for the firm’s Investment Committee. She also co-chairs the firm’s Americas portfolio committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2016, she was the head of global interest rate research at Tudor Investment, responsible for recommending trade ideas based on global macro trends. Previously, she was a U.S. interest rate strategist with Morgan Stanley and a Treasury market policy analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she helped structure and implement the central bank’s response to the 2008 financial crisis. She has 18 years of investment and economics/financial markets experience and holds an MBA in quantitative finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She received an undergraduate degree from Rhodes College.

Alison Roth

Alison is a Senior Vice President at Computershare. She leads the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO), Commercial Real Estate (CRE) CLO and Leveraged Loan division.  Her team delivers top-tier client service to high-profile portfolio managers, issuers, and institutional investors. Alison is committed to growing the division and increasing market share by delivering innovative digital solutions for clients’ evolving needs while continuing to provide exceptional and tailored customer centric service.

Alison is based in Columbia, MD, and oversees over 400 team members across offices in Columbia, MD; St. Paul, MN; Houston, TX; and Charlotte, NC. With 20 years of experience in corporate trust, she has been instrumental in the organization’s success. During her tenure, she has managed a variety of other key corporate trust products including Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), Commercial Property Defeasance transactions (CPDs), and Securities Custody.

Shannon Erdmann

Ms. Shannon Erdmann, Managing Director at Apollo Global Management, has lead the Business Purpose Loan and Structured CRE teams in the ABF business since 2020. She has 20+ years’ experience which includes Guggenheim Investments where she was the head of the CMBS and ABS sector teams, and PIMCO London and Newport Beach where she worked in the structured products and generalist global portfolio management teams. Ms. Erdmann holds a Masters degree in Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley and B.S. in Statistical Science from UC Santa Barbara.

 

Amber Nelson  
Vice President, Corporate Trust US
Computershare

Amber Nelson is a Vice President in Business Development at Computershare, where she is responsible for evaluating new business growth opportunities, client satisfaction and document negotiation in CMBS, securities custody and CRE CLO. Amber has gained the trust and respect of many influential industry partners and colleagues by fostering an environment of collaboration, responsiveness and integrity, as well as technical expertise. Amber has also worked on several high-profile, high-revenue securitization and bespoke transactions, each requiring deep insight and a high degree technical understanding and ability.  

 Amber received a J.D. from the University of Baltimore, School of Law and received a B.A. in history from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is passionate about advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, as well as community engagement and innovation. 

Her passion for building strong relationships and communities extends beyond the office. Amber has taught Business Law at the college level and volunteers in her spare time as a coach for middle school mock trials and is a Girl Scout troop leader.  

 

Eunice Chay
Associate
Latham & Watkins LLP

Eunice represents institutional lenders, borrowers, issuers, rating agencies, underwriters, and asset managers at all levels of the capital structure on/in warehouse and leverage facilities, securitizations, and fund finance.

She advises clients on complex financial transactions across various traditional and esoteric asset classes, including auto loans, dealer floorplan receivables, life settlements, CLOs, residential mortgage loans and agency residential mortgage servicing rights, marketplace loans, unsecured consumer loans, trade receivables, credit card and other consumer receivables, and property-assessed clean energy (PACE) assets and solar loans.

Eunice maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients on a wide range of legal needs, including immigration and nonprofit business formation.

Prior to joining Latham, Eunice served as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Counsel at two sponsor/finance companies and provided legal advice and strategic input to C-suite executives and the capital markets teams.

Eunice is a member of the Structured Finance Association’s Women in Securitization, where she was appointed to serve as a member of the Community Outreach Committee in 2021.

 

Sonali Pier
Managing Director & Portfolio Manager
PIMCO

Sonali Pier is a managing director and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, focusing on multi-sector credit opportunities. She is the lead portfolio manager for diversified income and co-manages the U.S. leveraged finance desk. She is a member of the firm’s Americas Portfolio Committee and a rotating member of the Investment Committee, and previously she has served as a rotating member of the Executive Committee. Barron’s named her among the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance for 2024 and 2025, and Morningstar named her winner of the 2021 U.S. Morningstar Award for Investing Excellence in the Rising Talent category. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, she was a senior credit trader at J.P. Morgan, trading cash, recovery, and credit default swaps across various sectors. She has 22 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University.

 

Jay Srivats
Managing Director
S&P Global Ratings 

Jay Srivats is the Head of Structured Finance & Alternative Investment Funds – Americas for S&P Global Ratings. Based in New York, her responsibilities include maximizing the impact of the Structured Finance & Fund Finance analytical teams in the Americas and to drive S&P’s analytical excellence and thought leadership. Jay is a results-oriented leader with a strong focus on talent development and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset. She believes in an outside-in approach and holds listening to the customer as one of the key tenets to success.

Jay has been a member of the U.S. Structured Finance team for over 18 years and was previously the Analytical Manager for the Esoterics Structured Finance team. Prior to joining S&P Global in 2006, Jay spent many years with Citi Group and American Express.  She has an MBA (Finance) from University of San Francisco, and MBA (Marketing) from University of Madras, Chennai, India.

Jay is a passionate advocate for inclusion across S&P Global leading the workforce towards representation, education, and creating a sense of belonging within the organization.
