Opportunities Through the End of Year:
JA Town: JA Town is a unique experience where students will be an adult for a day. In the classroom, they have learned about careers, their needs vs. wants and what they value. Now, it is time for them to put what they have learned into practice! The role of a volunteer is critical. Volunteers will be at a specific station-Education, Savings,
Food, or Clothing (just some examples!) – to walk students through their choices and guide them to make smart financial decisions for their budgets. Volunteers will help the students understand the importance of budgeting and living within their means.
