CFPB v. NCSLT Case Dismissed with Prejudice

On April 25, 2025, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and National Collegiate Student Loan Trusts (NCSLT) agreed to voluntarily dismiss the case of CFPB v. NCSLT with prejudice.
SFA will host a call with the CFPB v. NCSLT Task Force to discuss the dismissal with SFA membership on Monday, April 28, at 4:30 PM ET.
