Wednesdays With WiS: Mindfulness & Meditation
On July 15, WiS held a Virtual mediation session with Meditation Trainer Nandar Matari. During this meditation session, WiS members practiced meditation as a group and learned techniques to meditate on their own.
Whether you are new or experienced with meditation, we encourage you to take a break and invite family and roommates quarantining with you to join us for an hour of relaxation.
