Daniel Wohlberg
Principal, Head of CLO Issuance and Origination
Dan is a Principal at Eagle Point Credit Management. He focuses primarily on analyzing asset managers, evaluating opportunities in the primary and secondary credit markets and monitoring Eagle Point’s CLO investments. Dan is also involved in advancing strategic initiatives for the Firm as well as the weekly Investment Committee meetings.
Dan has 16 years of experience investing in and advising others with respect to complex structured finance transactions and derivatives. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2015, Dan advised a broad array of market participants on matters relating to structured finance, leveraged lending, securities regulation, distressed situations and derivatives while at two top tier global financial service law firms.
Dan holds a BA in Psychology with a Business Administration minor, cum laude, from Stony Brook University and a JD, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. He has been admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina.
