LIBOR Bill Introduced in the Senate

On March 2, Senators Tester (D-MT), Tillis (R-NC), Brown (D-OH), and Toomey (R-PA) introduced the Economic Continuity and Stability Act, companion legislation to the House bill passed by a vote of 415 to 9 in December. On February 28, SFA was joined by 22 other financial services trade associations on a letter in support of the bill and calling for swift enactment of the legislation.
