Digital infrastructure securitizations are expected to grow by 46 percent through 2026. This growth is being led by a surge in data center securitizations. Investor concerns over this uptick in data center securitizations have been allayed by recent reports of high earnings from major tech firms as well as falling risk premiums for digital infrastructure securities. These forecasts consider both asset-backed securities (ABS) and the related commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
