Bloomberg: Consumers are More Worried About Their Economic Future

Citing work from The Conference Board, Bloomberg reports that consumers are becoming less optimistic about future economic conditions, as they report staying in the job market longer and fewer jobs being available. Many consumers are nervous about how the new administration’s changes will impact the economy and are making fewer large purchases as they continue to feel the pressures of high prices and high interest rates.
