The White House has nominated a number of individuals to head-up financial regulatory agencies, including the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Office of the Comptroller Currency (OCC), and the CFPB. If confirmed by the Senate, Brian Quintenz would be appointed as Chairman of the CFTC, Jonathan Gould as Head of the OCC and former FDIC member Jonathan McKernan as Director of the CFPB.
