Tricolor Executives Charged Following Subprime Auto Lender Collapse

Federal prosecutors are indicting executives at Tricolor Holdings – a recently bankrupted U.S. subprime auto lender – alleging they deceived bank lenders by double-pledging collateral and manipulating loan data.
