Covell Adams

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Covell Adams is responsible for coordinating long-term planning and strategy development across the Structured Finance Association’s core educational and operational initiatives. She serves as the liaison between the Structured Finance Association’s executive membership and leadership team and the operational teams within each area of the organization.

Prior to joining the Structured Finance Association, Covell was Head of Business Strategy and Development for the Asset-Backed Finance and Securitization unit of Wells Fargo Securities, where she was responsible for client development and expansion through coordinated marketing strategies and relationship management. She also previously served as a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Global Mortgages and Securitized Products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Covell graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a B.A. of highest distinction in history.
