As part of SFA’s DEI efforts to develop and advance the standards that foster meaningful opportunities for underrepresented diverse professionals within the structured finance industry, we are launching the DEI Mentorship Program.
The main objective of the DEI Mentorship Program is for the SFA Board to cultivate relationships with a diverse pipeline of potential candidates for SFA membership leadership opportunities. The mentorship program will provide opportunities and access for rising stars in the industry to connect with and learn from SFA Board members who can provide career guidance and relationship building opportunities.
