SFVegas 2024 Onsite Policies

Please Note New Registration Policies for 2024

These new policies are being put into place to further streamline the online registration and check-in processes and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

  • Badge reprints for lost or forgotten nametags will be $20 onsite.
  • All sponsor passes, both Guest and Firm, need to be registered by Friday, February 23, 5:00 PM ET.
  • Any unused sponsor passes remaining after Friday, February 23, 5:00 PM ET will only be available for employees of your company.
  • Any new client registrations after Friday, February 23, at 5:00 PM ET will have to register at onsite pricing (see below).
  • Onsite client pass swaps will be available only between clients from the same firm.

Onsite Pricing
This pricing is available onsite only. There will be only two designations: member and non-member.

  • Member: $1,450
  • Non-Member: $2,800

What does my registration include?

All registration types will grant access to both in-person and virtual componenets of the conference.

Please note:  No one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend SFVegas 2024, this includes exhibit booth staff and interns.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation/Credit Voucher Policy & In-Person Registration: Registration is non-refundable; however, full credit vouchers and ticket substitutions will be permitted per the below guidelines:

  • Four weeks or more prior to the event: Full credit voucher to use for SFVegas 2025 event registration or a name substitution with an individual from the same firm as the original registrant. Credit voucher requests must be made by emailing SFVegas@structuredfinance.org on or before January 26, 2024. Credit voucher requests will not be accepted after this date.
  • Four weeks or less prior to the event (January 27, 2024): Credit voucher requests will not be accepted. However, name substitutions with individuals from the same firm as the original registrant are permitted up until registration closes on Friday, February 23, 2024. Should you choose to keep your onsite ticket, you will have full access to the SFVegas 2024 virtual portal.
  • NOTE: Registration onsite at the event will be subject to higher fees.

Credit vouchers will be housed within your Cvent contact account and will be available for use when registering for SFVegas 2025.

IMPORTANT: After cancelling your registration for SFVegas 2024, you must contact SFVegas@structuredfinance.org to activate the credit voucher within your account no later than January 26, 2024.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Registration confirmation emails will be received within five (5) business days of submitting your registration. If you still have not received a confirmation email after five (5) business days, please email us at SFVegas@structuredfinance.org.  Please be sure to also check your spam/junk folder.

How do I modify my registration?

To modify a registration, you will need the registration confirmation email that contains the confirmation number associated with the registrant you are trying to modify. Please email SFVegas@structuredfinance.org if you cannot locate this email.

  • Once that information is obtained, please click here to begin the process.
  • Click “Already Registered?”
  • Please fill out the associated email and confirmation number with the registration and click “OK” on the bottom right corner.
  • Click the blue “Modify” button to make any necessary modifications.
  • Click “Confirm,” and the registration is now modified.

How do I substitute my registration?

To substitute a registration, you will need the registration confirmation email that contains the confirmation number associated with the original registrant. Please email SFVegas@structuredfinance.org if you cannot locate this email.

  • Once that information is obtained, please click here to begin the process.
  • Click “Already Registered?”
  • Please fill out the associated email and confirmation number with the registration and click “OK” on the bottom right corner.
  • Click the “Transfer Registration” button.
  • Enter the required information of the person you are transferring your registration to.
  • Click “Confirm” and the registration is now substituted.

Will press attend the conference?

Yes, there will be press in attendance.
