Nathan Herbert

Nathan is a corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience in structured finance and Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Associations’ Auto Issuers Committee. Nathan leads a team of legal professionals at Carvana responsible for the company’s structured finance, capital markets, public company, and M&A portfolios. In a prior role, Nathan was the lead structured finance lawyer for Ford Motor Company and began his career in the structured finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP. He is a proud graduate of Indiana University and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Michigan.
