Jendy Daglio

Jendy is a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where she is a member of the on the Structured Finance and Securitization team. Her practice focuses on complex capital markets financing transactions, where she represents lenders and borrowers in warehouse and repurchase facilities, initial purchasers and issuers in servicing advance facilities, investors in excess servicing spread transactions. Jendy also represents clients in acquiring, developing and maintaining correspondent lending platforms for forward and reverse residential mortgages. Jendy regularly advises banks, private credit funds, and specialty finance enterprises through all stages of a transaction from structuring through closing and post-closing amendments. She has extensive experience in the formation of titling trusts, including participation trusts, series trusts and SUBI structures. With over twenty years of experience, she brings deep industry insight and practical advice to her clients, advising global financial institutions and large investors. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Jendy combines her legal expertise and deep understanding of the structured finance industry with a collaborative approach that makes her a trusted advisor to her clients in a variety of capital markets transactions. In addition to her structured finance practice, Jendy is actively engaged in pro bono matters, including an eviction diversion program in the City of Richmond for which she was recognized as one of four Volunteers of the Year in 2021 by the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation. Outside of her practice, Jendy enjoys snow skiing, running and traveling with her husband and four children.
