Carly is a proactive and empathetic public historian, bringing a unique perspective to education, membership, and communications. She has almost ten years of experience in public and private non-profit sectors, working with academic, healthcare, trade, museum, and cultural societies, institutions, and associations.
Carly graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in contemporary and classical history. She holds a Master of Arts in modern history and adult education and is pursuing a doctoral degree in contemporary history and museum studies.
She is eager to advise non-profits on how to drive member engagement, sustain their missions, and create consistent annual revenue by developing stimulating educational programming.
