These standards aim to achieve consistent interpretation of various statutes and regulations, including Truth-In-Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Practices Act, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

On June 2, the SFA published the Seasoned Mortgage Loan Scope of Review.
SFA has published the fourth iteration of the TRID Grid. The latest version is an update of the uniform testing standards for purchasing mortgage loans subject to TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Rules.
The third version of the Compliance Review Scope—formerly known as the SFIG RMBS 3.0 TRID Compliance Review Scope, now known as the SFA TRID Compliance Review Scope (“TRID Grid 3.0”)—was published on December 5, 2019.
