CFTC Regulatory Review Task Force
Overview
The CFTC Regulatory Review Task Force will organize SFA members to identify pertinent CFTC rules that impede the growth and efficiency of the securitization industry. The task force will seek input from members across all asset classes with the goal of promoting securitization.
