    Vice Chair

    Patricia A. Schulze

    Wilmington Trust

    Patricia Schulze is responsible for introducing Wilmington Trust’s full array of trust and agency services to corporations and financial institutions throughout the United States. She specializes in asset-backed securitizations for all asset classes as well as services specific to special purposes entities, including those utilized by hedge funds, private equity, and the commercial real estate industry.

    Ms. Schulze is an active participant in the Structured Finance Association (SFA) and was recently elected vice chair of its Executive Committee. She is a past chair of the Trustee Committee and is active on several committees and task forces. Ms. Schulze is a frequent speaker in the United States and abroad on a variety of topics relating to the securitization industry. Additionally, she speaks frequently on topics related to diversity and the importance of the retention and advancement of women.

    She co-chairs SFA’s Women in Securitization (WiS) initiative, which provides a forum for women in the structured finance space to connect with peers, mentors, and sponsors; to influence industry perceptions and practices; and to facilitate an environment that encourages and promotes the advancement of women. Ms. Schulze is a past board member of the SFA Foundation, a board member of the Cameron Kravitt Foundation, and vice chair of Meals on Wheels Delaware. She also serves on M&T Bank’s Women In Network (WIN) Committee. Ms. Schulze was recognized by Delaware Today magazine as one of the top women in business in the state of Delaware. She is active in her community and is a volunteer for a number of local charitable initiatives.

    Ms. Schulze holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Wilmington University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
