The Structured Finance Association’s Board of Directors (Board) consists of representatives from 40 member organizations. The Board oversees all of the association’s activities including directing policy initiatives, advising on advocacy efforts, organizing educational events and ensuring the organization properly represents the full spectrum of views of its members.

SFA’s membership continues to grow in both numbers and diversity. There are 370+ member institutions in the Association, ranging from accounting firms, broker/dealers, diversified financial intermediaries, investors, issuers, IT vendors, law firms, mortgage insurers, other small financial institutions, rating agencies, servicers and trustees.

Structured-Finance-Foundation-Logo-Dark

The Structured Finance Foundation (Foundation) is an affiliate of the Structured Finance Association. The Foundation seeks to support youth education, and has partnered with Scholarship America and Mentor Foundation USA to provide scholarship funding for the young people engaged in the Mentor Foundation’s programs. The Foundation will also connect scholarship winners to the significant network of the association membership, which represents all sectors of the securitization market.

The mission of the Structured Finance Coalition (SFC) is to provide America’s over seven thousand structured finance professionals with a grassroots platform to personally advocate on behalf of their industry. The SFC was established with the belief that for our industry succeed, we must all have the opportunity to stand up and speak out on the issues that are important to structured finance.
