U.S. House of Representatives Passes Financial Services Bills to Boost Capital Formation

On June 5, the U.S. House of Representatives passed seven bipartisan pieces of legislation aimed at enhancing capital formation, bolstering public markets, and creating investor opportunity. Among the notable financial services bills that were passed, are the Fair Investment Opportunities for Professional Experts Act and the Accredited Investor Definition Review Act. These pieces of legislation were accompanied by an additional four capital formation bills that passed in the House during the preceding week.
