Marlo Young is a partner and deputy general counsel at Dentons US. As a member of Dentons’ Capital Markets group, he represents issuers and underwriters in the public and private offerings of mortgage- and asset-backed securities, buyers and sellers of mortgage-related assets and parties in other structured finance transactions. Marlo also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Structured Finance Association (SFA) and is actively involved in a number of SFA committees and initiatives pertaining to residential mortgages and RMBS.
