Kyra Fecteau

| Kyra is a fixed income portfolio manager, managing both benchmark-relative and total return-oriented portfolios for institutional investors and sub-advisory partners. Her insights into the macro-economic environment, in particular changes to consumer behavior, housing and commercial real estate markets, contribute to the top-down investment process for portfolios. In addition, her responsibilities include developing securitized credit investment ideas and identifying sector and security-specific relative value opportunities within the structured finance sectors. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2021, Kyra worked as a portfolio manager at Loomis Sayles. She was also a securitized credit investment strategist, responsible for constructing and implementing optimal securitized credit strategies across all fixed income products (2015 – 2021). Before joining Loomis, she worked at Merganser Capital Management as a structured products research analyst, trader, and co-portfolio manager on their CMBS unconstrained portfolio (2010 – 2015). Kyra earned her BA in economics and international studies from Stonehill College (2008). Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. |
