SFA has formed a task force to respond to the regulators’ proposed rule with the aim to ensure industry concerns are fully considered prior to the release of a final rule. Given the extensive scope of the proposed rule, SFA’s task force will focus on the impacts and implications the rule could have on securitization markets.
