The CMBS Market Committee of the Structured Finance Association allows the industry to speak with one voice on securitized assets – a critical and ever-changing market that underpins much of the global economy.
Dodd-Frank changed the landscape for Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities, or CMBS, but their issuance and marketability remain key to a healthy financial system. The SFA CMBS Market Committee works to establish internal consensus and communicate that united opinion to policymakers in a clear, coherent way.
