According to a March 28th Asset-Backed Alert, three recent Floorplan ABS offerings have increased in size before issuance. Floorplan securitizations, which were put on hold from 2020 to 2022 due to pandemic impacts, began to recover in 2023 with 5 transactions for the year. Volume this year is showing significant increase with 6 offerings already in the first quarter for a total of $2.8 billion.
