SFA Board Nominations 2025

Each year, approximately one quarter of SFA’s Board rotates, with new members elected at our September board meeting. Nominees must be employed by an SFA member firm in good standing that is not currently represented on the Board*. Self-nominations are welcome.

Our Board is compromised of senior professionals from across the structured finance industry who are committed to serving our members and engaging with public policymakers. When considering nominees, we encourage SFA members to think broadly about individuals who:

• Are knowledgeable about securitization and key market issues
• Can elevate SFA’s visibility within their firms
• Are supportive of our fundraising and member engagement efforts
• Understand the importance of strengthening the industry’s reputation in Washington, D.C.

Experience serving on other trade association boards is a strong plus.
