Elen Callahan
Head of Research & Education

In her role as Head of Research, Elen Callahan is responsible for directing the Structured Finance Association’s research strategy and furthering the mission of general education on the securitization industry. Prior to joining Structured Finance Association, Elen held a number of senior roles at Deutsche Bank, starting in 2003. She was previously Director, Head of U.S. Consumer ABS Research from 2009 – 2016 and most recently served as COO/Associate Director of Global FIC Research since 2016, where she implemented a value-add research agenda across Securitization, Emerging Markets, High Yield, Rates and FX. Elen also has expertise on the buy-side and bond issuance through her time at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank and CapMac.
Elen has previous experience working in collaboration with SFA, including serving as one of the organization’s U.S. delegates to its inaugural Beijing ABS Conference. She has also been very involved with both SFA’s Women in Securitization Steering Committee and Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). Elen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from New York University.

Matt Laurino

Matt Laurino is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and a member of the Structured Products and Fund Finance team. Matt co-leads the Structured Products Team’s with a primary focus on securitized private credit formation and execution, spearheading the Private Credit CLO business including structured insurance solutions, warehouse lines, and other capital markets transaction.
Previously Matt was a Deputy Portfolio Manager and Structurer at UNTL Capital and an associate with Merrill Lynch’s Global Capital Markets Division. He holds a BA in Finance from Villanova and an MBA from Cornell.
Kelli Marti
Senior Managing Director, Head of CLO Management & Co-Head of Chicago Office
Churchill Asset Management
Kelli Marti serves as Churchill Asset Managers’ Head of CLO Management, the Portfolio Investment Strategist for Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund (PCAP) and Co-Head of Chicago Office. She is responsible for the management and growth of Churchill’s middle market CLO platform and assists in sourcing of assets and trading strategy development, as well as participating in fundraising initiatives.
Kelli was previously with Crestline Denali Capital for 18 years, most recently as Chief Credit Officer, and also served on the firm’s Investment Committee. Kelli was also a VP at Heller Financial, responsible for underwriting and managing middle market loans. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Stephen Anderberg
Managing Director, Structured Finance Ratings
S&P Global Ratings
Stephen Anderberg is a managing director and sector lead in Structured Finance at S&P Global Ratings. Steve has been with S&P Global Ratings since 1999 and has held various leadership positions. Before becoming a sector lead, he was responsible for teams rating different types of structured finance transactions including CLOs, CMBS, and esoteric ABS (aircraft, container, railcar leases; small business and timeshare loans; tobacco settlement funds, intellectual property rights and renewable energy leases/loans), and participated in the development of the criteria used to rate CLOs.
Before S&P Global, Steve worked for the City of New York’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Finance, Legal and Revenue division, forecasting revenues and generating budget projections city agencies. Steve holds a in Political Studies bachelor’s from Adelphi University and an MBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Ramki Muthukrishnan
Mananging Director, Analytical Manager, Leveraged Finance, US Ratings
S&P Global Ratings
Ramki has 20 years of experience in corporate and structured finance ratings and currently heads S&P Ratings’ US Corporate Leverage Finance team in analytics, research and commentary, and recovery analytics and credit estimates, and he is involved in research in Private Credit. Prior to his current role, he headed the surveillance function for US CLO and the US RMBS functions.
Before joining S&P’s, Ramki worked at Syntel Inc., a Michigan-based technology consulting company and prior to that, at Motorola, India. Ramki holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Madras University, a master’s from Xavier Institute of Management, Jamshedpur and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
