Spencer Mosness

Spencer Mosness is the Chief Legal & Risk Officer of Newrez LLC where he oversees all legal, compliance, risk and policy matters, including corporate governance and regulatory compliance, oversight and interactions, litigation, QA & QC and policy matters within our highly regulated industry.   Prior to Newrez, Spencer’s experience includes being the former Deputy General Counsel at Stearns Lending LLC, the General Counsel at both Primary Capital Mortgage LLC and Premier Home Mortgage, Inc., and a Financial Services Partner at Costello Porter. Spencer holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and South Texas College of Law Houston.
