Rob Olin is a member of Dentons’ Capital Markets practice. He represents issuers and underwriters in offerings of residential mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, including transactions backed by residential mortgage loans, litigation funding and medical receivables, student loans, consumer loans and servicing rights. Rob also represents financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of student loans and consumer loans and transactions relating to the aggregation and financing of residential mortgage loans, student loans, consumer loans, litigation funding and medical receivables and probate receivables.
Rob is also the head of the Dentons’ Capital Markets opinion committee.
