Jason Solomon

Jason Solomon, based in Charlotte, NC, is a partner in Alston & Bird’s globally recognized Corporate Trust practice. Banks and other financial institutions rely on Jason’s strategic advice on a wide variety of financing transactions, including MBS, ABS, high-yield bond, corporate and hybrid lending facilities, project finance and virtually all other types of structures. His representations for these clients include their roles as indenture trustee, owner trustee, Delaware trustee, custodian, administrative agent, collateral agent and virtually every other type of role played by those in the corporate trust industry.

While Jason has closed hundreds of transactions with his trust clients across all types of structures, of equal importance to his practice is his representation of his clients in defaults, litigation, bankruptcy and other high stakes matters. Jason has particular experience in the use of Delaware statutory trusts and other alternative entities and regularly uses his Delaware law experience in his representation of trustees and others in connection with Delaware-related matters.
