Today, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York released updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF). Changes from the previous TALF FAQs may be found here and include clarity on collateral acquisition timing as well as timing expectations for TALF-related reporting.
