A new report by Forbes  shows women are being pushed out of the workforce by a “termination gap”

In the last month, figures released by two private studies and by the U.S. Labor Department paint a troubling picture: women are leaving the workforce in record numbers since the pandemic started. Those studies focused on women choosing to downshift or suspend their careers because of the coronavirus’s stresses and strains.
