UALIFICATIONS – FIXED INCOME ASSOCIATE ANALYST PROGRAM
Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred
Interest in credit research and fixed income investing
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
Knowledge of and interest in securitized credit (including CMBS, RMBS, ABS, and CLOs) a plus
Basic financial modeling, data analysis and programming skills preferred
Prior experience with databases and SQL is a plus
Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION – SECURITIZED ASSOCIATE ANALYST
2-4 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
Diverse responsibilities including transaction and sector related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers and trading desk, and extensive financial analysis
