The New York office of Hogan Lovells seeks a mid to senior-level associate with a minimum of three years of structured finance experience to work widely on transactions in the United States and emerging markets funded in a variety of formats, especially securities of all types ranging from asset-backed securities to project bonds.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in the practical and strategic aspects of corporate work, excellent technical drafting and negotiating skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated client management teams. Applicants with an interest in cutting-edge, complex transactions, skill at dealing with high-profile, public matters, and the ability to be friendly and collegial with a team are encouraged to apply.
Outstanding academic credentials and work experience and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
