The New York office of Dentons US LLP is seeking an associate with 1-4 years legal experience in general finance to join our sophisticated Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice focusing on structured finance and securitization.  The associate hired will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:

 

• Managing a broad range of capital markets transactions
• Working collaboratively to manage closings
• Performing due diligence reviews
• Supporting the practice as needed
