LIBOR Task Force

Leads the effort to develop an industry approach for transitioning both new and legacy LIBOR-based transactions, including considerations for assets, liabilities and hedging. Also educates the industry, regulators, policymakers, U.S. consumers and businesses on the potential impact of LIBOR transition and how to prepare.

Given that the impact of this change will be felt across the securitization industry, a Steering Committee representing key sectors of the industry helps guide the Task Force.
