Overview

Evaluates EU regulations and legislation to measure their potential impact on the European securities market and advocates for any clarifications or modifications deemed necessary.

Seeks to address implementation issues and seek clarity, where needed, on the new risk retention, due diligence and reporting requirements of the EU’s new securitization regulations.
