Overview
The European Union has signaled a willingness to examine its regulations to make Europe’s securitization market more accessible to U.S. participants. SFA plans to raise awareness of the benefits to the European financial system of expanding securitization and will serve as a resource to E.U. policymakers as consider changes to their regulatory and disclosure regimes. This committee will oversee and help direct these efforts.
