CFTC Regulatory Review Task Force
Overview
The CFTC Regulatory Review Task Force will organize SFA members to identify pertinent rules and regulation from the CFTC that impede the growth and efficiency of the securitization industry and advocate for change. The task force will seek input from members across all asset classes with the goal of promoting securitization across the entire financial industry.
